Lemon Myrtle Essentials organic body care are made in small batches for freshness and potency. These products are meant to be enjoyed and used frequently, not hoarded! If not using straightaway, store in the refrigerator for prolonging the exuberant freshness of the product. Natural preservatives are effective, however freshness is maximised when products are stored in cool dark places, especially during summertime!

Lemon Myrtle essential oil has especially high citral content, hence the lovely citrusy aroma. Citral belongs to the family of aldehydes which are potentially skin sensitising, hence the caution not to apply neat on skin (as for many other essential oils).

Lemon Myrtle Essentials organic bodycare products are formulated with gentleness and skin friendliness in mind. Whilst there are generous amounts of essential oils in these products, we have trialled the optimum amount in these formulations to ensure skin-friendly experiences! I've extensively tested on my own and others' sensitive and eczema-prone skin with positive and benign results. As with any products, people with known sensitivies or allergies should test before using.
